JASON SKAER, Lead Pastor

Jason was called to serve as Pastor of TCAAB in 2007. He is a graduate of Rice University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He was a member of the 1995 NCAA Final Four basketball team with Oklahoma State University where he was a Rhodes Scholar candidate. Afterwards he played professionally in several European countries and the United States. He and his wife Suzanne are the parents of one son named James.

BILL LANE, Elder

Bill is currently serving TCAAB as a member of our Elder team. His ministry experience includes teaching several Bible study courses, serving as an AWANA leader, and education on Worldviews. He is employed as the Vice President for Weatherford International. He and his wife Marci are the parents of four children Chris, Andy, Jimmy, and Rebecca.

HOMERO GUERRA, Elder

Homero is currently serving TCAAB as a member of our Elder team. His ministry experience includes leading small group and children's ministries. He is employed as an Executive Assistant with the American Bureau of Shipping. He and his wife Mayoli are the parents of two daughters Ana Sofia and Daniella.

DAVID BRIGNAC, Elder

David is currently serving TCAAB as a member of our Elder team. His ministry expereince includes many years of preaching and teaching while being the director for Istrouma Retreat Center in Louisiana. He is employed with The Woodlands Christian Academy as their Director of Facilities. He and his wife Terri are the parents of three sons Justen, Jesse, and Jonathan.

MICHAEL DRAPER, Elder

Michael is currently serving TCAAB as a member of our Elder team. His ministry experience includes oversight of our Small Group ministry and 1st-6th Grade ministry. He is employed as a pilot with Continental Airlines. He and his wife Mary are the parents of four children Cody, Harrison, Jaden, and Elle.

FAMILY MINISTRIES

DANIEL FRAZIER, 7th-12th Grade Ministry

Daniel is currently serving TCAAB by overseeing our ministry to 7-12 graders. His ministry experience includes being a graduate of Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in California while also serving in several positions for a start-up church there. He is employed as the Home Care Consultant with Silverado Senior. He and his wife Kellye are the parents of three boys Logan, Bennett, and Nate.

KELLYE FRAZIER, Birth - 6th Grade Ministry

Kellye is currently serving TCAAB by overseeing our ministry to Birth - 6th grade ministries called Sure Foundations and Highway 365. Like her husband Daniel (see bio above) her ministry experience includes being a graduate of Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in California while also serving in several positions for a start-up church there. She is a stay at home mom with their three sons Logan, Bennett, and Nate.
