JASON SKAER, Lead Pastor

Jason was called to serve as Pastor of TCAAB in 2007. He is a graduate of Rice University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He was a member of the 1995 NCAA Final Four basketball team with Oklahoma State University where he was a Rhodes Scholar candidate. Afterwards he played professionally in several European countries and the United States. He and his wife Suzanne are the parents of two sons James and Jude.

MICHAEL DRAPER, Elder

Michael is currently serving TCAAB as a member of our Elder team. His ministry experience includes oversight of our Small Group ministry and 1st-6th Grade ministry. He is employed as a pilot with Continental Airlines. He and his wife Mary are the parents of four children Cody, Harrison, Jaden, and Elle.

DANIEL FRAZIER, Elder & Student Pastor

Daniel is currently serving TCAAB as a member of our Elder team and by overseeing our ministry to 7-12 graders. His ministry experience includes being a graduate of Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in California while also serving in several positions for a start-up church there. He is employed as the Texas Medical Center Consultant with Silverado Senior Living. He and his wife Kellye are the parents of four boys Logan, Bennett, Nate, and Lincoln.

BILL LANE, Elder

Bill is currently serving TCAAB as a member of our Elder team. His ministry experience includes teaching several Bible study courses, serving as an AWANA leader, and education on Worldviews. He is employed as the Vice President for Weatherford International. He and his wife Marci are the parents of four children Chris, Andy, Jimmy, and Rebecca.


	JUSTIN WATTS, Elder justinwatts@aggienetwork.com Justin is currently serving TCAAB as a member of our Elder team. His ministry experience includes leading our missionary efforts in the Philippines and being a graduate of Southwestern Seminary. He is employed with a local Petrochemical Company. He and his wife Katie are the parents of two children Adella and Fisher.

MINISTRY LEADERS


	JASON FARRA, Associate Pastor jfarra1@sbcglobal.net Jason was called to serve as the Associate Pastor for TCAAB in 2011. His ministry experience includes various teaching and staff positions at previous churches and is currently completing his master's degree at Southwestern Seminary. He and his wife Cyndee are the parents of three children, Ryan, Maggie, and Riley.


	CHRIS BUTLER, Worship Leader chris@tcaab.org Chris was called to serve as Worship Leader of TCAAB in 2010. His ministry experience includes leading worship in various capacities for the past 12 years and is a graduate of Sam Houston State University. Chris is currently employed as a Systems Engineer for Cisco Systems. He and his wife Cheryl are the parents of twin boys Sullivan and Camden.

KELLYE FRAZIER, Birth - 6th Grade Ministry

Kellye is currently serving TCAAB by overseeing our ministry to Birth - 6th grade ministries called Sure Foundations. Like her husband Daniel (see Elder bio above) her ministry experience includes being a graduate of Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in California while also serving in several positions for a start-up church there. She is a stay at home mom with their four sons Logan, Bennett, Nate, and Lincoln.


	SUZANNE SKAER, Women's Ministry suzanne@tcaab.org Suzanne is currently serving TCAAB by overseeing our ministries to women. She is a graduate of Rice University and formerly enjoyed a succesful career in the pharmaceutical industry. Happily married to her husband, Jason, she is now a stay at home mom with their two sons James and Jude.


	JIM MCCARTHY, Campus Manager Jim is currently serving TCAAB as our campus manager. On top of overseeing our facilities, he is also passionate about worship, prayer, and missions. He and his wife Debbie have two sons and two grandchildren.
